Our motivated clients John & Somprom Svinos contacted QBC Constructions to investigate the possibility of subdividing their 850sqm lot in beautiful Werri Beach.

The process involved Stuart Quine, the team at Allen Price & Associates along with the chosen designer Jon McKibbin (Kibbin Designs) working together towards achieving the DA plans.

The result was 2 Torrens Title lots, leaving the existing home in place and creating space for a new custom home at the rear of the lot, with over 200 sqm in living space.

The client’s brief was for low maintenance, warm and modern home, with single level living to the top floor. Meeting Council’s requirements for privacy under the DA was also essential to the design brief.

Kibbin responded to the brief with the stunning design for this classic modern beach home with aluminium and timber features, polished concrete floors, and amazing joinery. The detail is 2nd to none and our team of trades thrived. The kitchen ceiling and joinery speaks for itself!

This amazing home and the DA process was made possible by focuses clients, great design work, town planning and only the QBC trades. What a sensational result!
