This high end Papesch Architecture home is situated on Shellharbour Beach with the sand dunes flowing into the back yard it was truly an amazing location to create a dream home for our clients. The build was completed in 13 months.

The project begun by raising the entire 80m long site approx 1m in height using 1200 Tonnes of imported soil to cater for possible future sea level rising.

The home features a 8m high foyer/atrium as you enter the home with views out to the beach through a centre spine staircase. The top floor incorporates single level living with the master bedroom/kitchen & living areas.

There are endless features throughout the home, several being; VM Zinc vertical cladding, Bass Pt stonework, concrete pool/spa, 170m2 of outdoor living areas, large raked ceilings, custom Joinery throughout, interior/exterior fire places, 8KW solar system & lighting features everywhere you look.
