This is a contemporary, rural home with 260-degree views of Seven Mile Beach and National Park. 

It is a remarkable Off-Grid build, with a commitment to energy efficiency, making the best use of north facing views with double glazing. With 64 solar panels and a naturally passive design, this build provides a haven for the owners against the natural elements and tough weather conditions. The wood fireplace is a special treat to gather around of an evening. 

Positioned 500m off the main road, the limited site access originally presented challenges. We demonstrated our agility to work within those restrictions.

The infinity pool and elegantly cantilevered decks sets off this home.
