This iconic site in Tasman Drive Gerringong was selected by our clients to build their dream home. 
Adam Roser (South Coast Building Design) was engaged by our clients to design the home and undertake the Development Application process.

The resulting design is this impressive modern split level home, flowing down the sloped coastal block in Gerringong NSW.
 The design certainly makes the most of the extensive north facing facade, with lots of street frontage, due to it being a corner block. The home has amazing views from every inch of the property from the ocean, to Saddleback Mountain and beyond. 

The use of several James Hardie’s cladding products has giving the home a coastal and classy feel. Large timber posts and tiled decks soften the large facade and are designed to take full advantage of the impressive views, year round.

The home incorporates single level living on the top floor with a media room, 2nd living area with guest bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry on the middle level. The garage, mud room and storage space is located on the lowest level.
 There is also an in-ground pool and two huge outdoor dining areas.

The colour and interior design work by Anissa from Complete Colours & Interiors was exceptional. Our client enjoyed working with Anissa greatly.

This was a very special client for us, and their faith in the building process and our team was amazing. We built a great relationship right from our initial meeting, that continues today.
