The full renovation of this solidly built 1970’s home looking over Werri Beach was an epic transformation. The architect used a modern addition to blend with the existing double gable design. The result speaks for itself.

We completed the addition to the rear and then moved into the upper floor for a full refurbishment, with the clients only moving out for 3 months in the middle of the build.

Quine Building’s team of trades transformed this 1970’s double brick home into a contemporary coastal dream property.
